Art Director
About the job
As Creative you take ownership of the creative concept phase and play an active role in it's execution. You ensure creative consistency across all deliverables. Together with our Creative Director and producers, you are responsible for developing concepts and translating them into compelling creative decks.
What you bring to the table
You stay on top of everything happening in digital media and have a deep understanding of online touch points. You’re able to bring ideas to life — both in writing and visually. You think and work innovatively, always approaching challenges with an AI-driven mindset. You can generate ideas from scratch as well as work creatively within the established frameworks of the brands we collaborate with.
You are creative, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on during the concept phase, with strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and AI tools to help impossible visual ideas.
For this role, it’s important that you have solid experience in a similar position and a good understanding of post-production workflows. You’re familiar with all relevant digital touch points for online assets and provide creative direction and support to the team, ensuring high-quality visual output. You take ownership of projects and deliver on time.
Your portfolio demonstrates experience in developing creative concepts for video productions as well as 2D and 3D projects, from initial idea to final execution. You have a continuous drive to innovate and optimize your work and processes.
